In recognition of their dedication and service during the first half of the year, 1,552 city government employees in Angeles City received their mid-year bonuses under the administration of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.
The Human Resources Management Office reported that the bonuses were distributed to 1,200 permanent, 337 casual, and 15 contractual employees, with a total budget of ₱38,400,274.50 sourced from the city’s General Fund.









Breakdown of the allocation:
- ₱33,947,712.92 – permanent employees
- ₱3,802,878.58 – casual employees
- ₱649,683.00 – contractual employees
Mayor Lazatin said the timely release of the bonuses is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to support employee welfare. “This is our way of thanking our hardworking public servants for their continued dedication to the Angeleños. These bonuses reflect our recognition of their service and commitment.”
AGENDA President Flordeliza Santos also expressed gratitude on behalf of city hall employees. “We deeply appreciate Mayor Pogi Lazatin’s consistent support and care for city employees, especially in ensuring the timely release of benefits like this mid-year bonus.”
