Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on August 6, 2024 hands over a Certificate of Recognition and cash incentives to Airah Shanika Sarip for bringing pride to Angeles City by winning in the 2024 National Festival of Talents Musabaqah.
Sarip, a student from Pampang Elementary School, placed first runner-up in the Harf Touch.
Lazatin commended Sarip for upholding and promoting their Muslim culture.
