With over 3,600 entries from around the world, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has been honored with a Silver Stevie Award for its 2023 Annual Report: One Clark under the Best in Annual Report – Government category.
The recognition celebrates BCDA’s innovative approach, strong impact, and outstanding quality in communicating its milestones and achievements. The award also reflects the agency’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and strategic communication with its stakeholders.
The award-winning report highlights BCDA’s major developments in New Clark City, Clark International Airport, and the Clark Freeport Zone, showcasing the agency’s role in driving progress under the One Clark vision.
The award ceremony took place on October 10, 2025, at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. Representing BCDA were Chairperson Hilario B. Paredes, Vice President for Public Affairs Leilani Barlongay-Macasaet, Public Relations Officer Denver A. Moreno, and Vice President for Investment Promotions and Marketing Kenneth R. Peralta.
