Converge posts strong start in 2025 with ₱3B Net Income, 13.2% Revenue Growth in Q1

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. kicked off 2025 on a high note, reporting ₱10.8 billion in consolidated revenues for the first quarter—a 13.2% increase year-on-year. Net income soared by 18.3% to ₱3 billion, driven by robust subscriber growth and solid enterprise gains.

The broadband leader added over 140,000 residential subscribers between January and March, bringing the total to 2.7 million. Residential revenues climbed 11.5% to ₱9.1 billion. On the enterprise side, revenues surged 22.9% to ₱1.7 billion, with the Wholesale segment leading the charge at 54% growth.

“We started the year strong with double-digit growth in both our core segments and improved profitability,” said Converge President and Co-Founder Maria Grace Uy. The company posted an EBITDA of ₱6.7 billion and maintained an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 62%, while Return on Invested Capital rose to 18.4%.

Converge CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy credited the performance to sustained momentum and innovation. “We continue to enhance our core products while pushing digital innovation for Filipinos.”

Among its new offerings is Super FiberX, a bundled upgrade to its flagship service featuring automatic 100 Mbps speed boosts, an Android TV box, BlastTV, and a Wi-Fi 6 modem.

Converge also partnered with Starlink as an authorized reseller to reach underserved and remote areas with satellite broadband, targeting sectors like agriculture, government, retail, and maritime.

Further cementing its position as a responsible tech leader, Converge recently received an upgraded ‘AA’ ESG rating from MSCI, reflecting its strong environmental and social governance standards.
