Over 10,000 people from Northern and Central Luzon have evacuated to ensure their safety from the threats of Super Typhoon #NandoPH.
Local government units (LGUs) and emergency responders led the swift evacuations, particularly in Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora, to protect residents from heavy rains, flooding, landslides, and storm surges.
