JDN REALTY LAUDS ANGELES CITY LEADERSHIP, SHARES UPDATES ON ROCKWELL PROJECT

JDN Realty Group President and Chief Executive Officer Aaron Montenegro lauded Mayor Jon Lazatin’s leadership during a courtesy visit, saying the local business community “can positively sense the LGU efforts for the city” and expressing appreciation for the direction being taken under his administration.

“It’s clear that your strong leadership is guiding Angeles City toward a brighter, more resilient future. We in the business community can genuinely feel your commitment,” Montenegro said.

The courtesy visit also included JDN Realty Group Chairman Arni Valdez and Rockwell Land Vice President Rinna Tiu. The group provided Mayor Lazatin with an update on Rockwell Land’s development project in Barangay Cut-cut, one of the city’s key growth areas.

Discussions covered important concerns tied to the project and the local economy, such as job generation, the impact on traffic, and measures to support sustainable growth. Both parties underscored the importance of continuous collaboration between the private sector and the local government to ensure that development projects align with the needs of the community.

Mayor Lazatin welcomed the update and reaffirmed the city government’s commitment to creating broad-based benefits for Angeleños. He emphasized that while investment and infrastructure expansion are vital to the city’s progress, the administration is equally focused on ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and quality of life for residents.

The mayor further assured close coordination with developers like JDN Realty and Rockwell Land to optimize opportunities in job creation, urban planning, and public services, while also addressing challenges such as traffic management and infrastructure demands.

The meeting highlighted the growing synergy between the local government and the private sector as Angeles City continues to attract major investments and strengthen its reputation as a business-friendly, progressive city.
