JDN Realty Group has partnered with BSM Taekwondo to launch the first-ever Taekwondo program across its malls, marking a milestone in bringing martial arts closer to communities.
The initiative will debut at Newpoint Mall in Angeles City, Nepo Mall Dagupan, and Nepo Mart Alaminos, introducing opportunities for discipline, fitness, and character-building to families and young people across the Nepo community.

“This partnership highlights our vision of making JDN malls more than shopping destinations. They are community centers where people can learn, connect, and grow,” said Engr. Edgar Galam, Senior Mall Manager. “By welcoming BSM Taekwondo, we are investing in the next generation of athletes while reinforcing the values of personal development and community building.”
BSM Taekwondo, known for combining athletic training with values formation, also emphasized its shared vision with JDN. “Taekwondo is more than a sport—it’s a way to build discipline, respect, and confidence,” said Nicole Louise Espiritu, OIC of Body Spirit and Mind Sports Management Services. “Through this collaboration, we aim to inspire young people and bring these values closer to more communities.”
The program is set to roll out soon across JDN malls in Pampanga, Pangasinan, and beyond, solidifying JDN Realty Group’s commitment to fostering community well-being and positioning its malls as hubs not only of commerce but also of culture, education, and youth development.
