JDN Realty Group has signed a major multi-location partnership with leading entertainment brands—Game City, Kids Paradise, and iSports Billiard Club—marking an exciting expansion across its flagship properties: Nepo Mall Angeles, Nepo Mall Dagupan, and Newpoint Mall.
In a contract signing held May 14, 2025, JDN Realty Group President and CEO Aaron B. Montenegro emphasized the company’s vision of creating “intimate spaces where families can come together for fun, connection, and shared memories,” welcoming the entertainment concepts into the growing JDN community.
Game City, a modern arcade experience for all ages, will open soon at Newpoint Mall and Nepo Mall Dagupan. The vibrant Kids Paradise will bring interactive play zones to Nepo Mall Angeles, while iSports Billiard Club, known for blending traditional cue sports with high-tech features, is set to launch at Newpoint Mall.
JDN Chairman Arni N. Valdes highlighted that this partnership strengthens the group’s mission of building lifestyle hubs “where people come not just to shop, but to connect, celebrate, and play.”
