Mayor Cris Garbo warmly welcomed Senator Pia Cayetano who visited Mabalacat City today to lead the AICS payout.
Some 500 Mabalaquenians received P3,000.00 each.
In welcoming Sen. Cayetano, Mayor Garbo was joined by Mabiga Barangay Captain Elmer Calaguas and his barangay council, and former Liga ng mga Barangay president Elmer Mendiola.
