Mayor Philip Naguit expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Provincial Government of Pampanga for extending assistance to over 2,700 residents of Minalin on Saturday, July 12.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda personally visited the municipality to lead the distribution of aid to 2,712 beneficiaries.

“Sobrang magpasalamat kami pu kasi adyang ala pung kalamidad, aatad da na pu ing pangangailangan da pu reng kababayan mi king datang a panaun,” said Mayor Naguit, noting the significance of receiving support even in the absence of disaster.

Also present to show support were 4th District Board Member Kaye Naguit, Pampanga Mayors’ League President and Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco, Chief of Staff to the Vice Governor Angie Blanco, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Fe Manarang, and personnel from the PDRRMO and DSWD.
