The Local Government of Porac has stepped up its disaster preparedness as Typhoon Nando approaches, convening an emergency council meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the New Municipal Hall.

The session was led by Mayor Jaime V. Capil, Vice Mayor Jen Capil, Councilor Adrian Carreon, and department heads, focusing on coordinated measures to ensure the safety and welfare of Poracqueños.

Officials assured the public that despite the challenges expected from the typhoon, the LGU remains fully committed to delivering continuous service and timely response to affected communities.
