Robinsons Land breaks ground on Grand Summit Pangasinan

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has officially broken ground on Grand Summit Pangasinan, its first Grand Summit hotel in Northern Luzon. Located within the Robinsons Place Pangasinan complex, the seven-story, 100-room hotel is set to open by 2027 and will be managed by Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR).

The July 8 groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Calasiao Mayor Patrick Agustin Caramat and Vice Mayor Kevin Roy Quinto Macanlalay, alongside RLC and partner executives. Local officials welcomed the development as a catalyst for tourism and economic growth in Pangasinan.

Once completed, Grand Summit Pangasinan will offer deluxe rooms and suites, along with amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, outdoor pool and bar, fitness center, spa, ballroom, and meeting rooms. Its prime location along the Dagupan–Urdaneta Road provides convenient access to nearby attractions including Dagupan City, Manaoag Basilica, and the Hundred Islands.

RLC President and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio highlighted the company’s continued push for inclusive growth in regional areas. “We are building integrated developments that uplift communities while contributing to national progress,” she said.

The hotel joins RLC’s growing hospitality portfolio, following the Grand Summit General Santos and an upcoming Grand Summit at NUSTAR Resort in Cebu. It also strengthens RLC’s presence in Northern Luzon, where it has retail, residential, and office projects—including the 216-hectare Montclair Destination Estate in Pampanga.
