The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines is set to take the lead in promoting the country’s diverse travel experiences at the Internationale Tourismus Börse (ITB) Asia 2025, the region’s leading travel trade show happening from October 15 to 17, 2025, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.
With over 1,000 exhibitors from across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East, ITB Asia serves as a global hub for the MICE, leisure, and corporate travel** industries. Organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific and supported by the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau, the three-day B2B event provides an unparalleled opportunity for business networking and destination marketing.
In 2024, the TPB-led Philippine delegation generated more than ₱721 million in sales leads —a remarkable 277% increase from the previous year — underscoring the country’s growing prominence in the global tourism landscape.
“ITB Asia 2025 allows us to connect with a broad network of international buyers and partners across the MICE and leisure sectors,” said TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles. “We are committed to showcasing the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage, natural wonders, and authentic experiences while strengthening our partnerships for a more sustainable and inclusive tourism industry.”
This year’s Philippine delegation will feature 24 Department of Tourism-accredited enterprises, each with at least 33 pre-scheduled B2B meetings with over 1,250 pre-qualified buyers and 13,000 trade attendees. The Philippine pavilion will span 171 square meters, enhanced with a new hanging banner for increased visibility on the exhibition floor.
Beyond business appointments, the Philippines will highlight its unique blend of leisure, adventure, culture, and wellness tourism, as well as its strong commitment to sustainability and responsible travel—further positioning the country as a top destination in Asia.
Through its active participation in ITB Asia 2025, TPB reaffirms its mission to elevate the Philippines’ international profile, forge meaningful partnerships, and drive global awareness of the country’s exceptional travel offerings.
