Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino, together with City Social Welfare and Development Officer Josephine Tanglao and partner hospitals, diagnostic centers, and funeral homes, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement on Thursday, August 28. The agreement strengthens guidelines for a more systematic and faster release of guarantee letters to cover the medical and service expenses of Mabalaqueños in need of assistance.
