The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under City Director PCOL Joselito E. Villarosa Jr., held an orientation on December 18, 2025, for 80 newly appointed patrolmen, focusing on their duties, responsibilities, and commitment to public service.
PCOL Villarosa Jr. highlighted the significance of the Five Pillars of the PNP Chief and reminded the recruits to strictly follow PNP rules and regulations.
The session aimed to reinforce discipline, professionalism, and dedication as the new patrolmen begin their active service in the community.
