The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) arrested four Most Wanted Persons in separate manhunt operations conducted on January 1, 2026, as part of intensified law enforcement efforts under the leadership of City Director PCOL Joselito E. Villarosa Jr.
At around 2:00 p.m., operatives of Police Station 5, together with the ACPO Tracker Team and the City Intelligence Unit (CIU), served a warrant of arrest against a 53-year-old woman from Barangay Cuayan. She was listed as Rank 2 at both the provincial and municipal levels for Syndicated Estafa under Presidential Decree 1689 in relation to Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code. No bail was recommended.
Later at about 5:00 p.m., the same units arrested another woman, 46, also a resident of Barangay Cuayan. She was identified as Rank 3 at both the provincial and municipal levels and faced the same charge of Syndicated Estafa, likewise with no bail recommended.
At around 5:30 p.m., personnel of Police Station 4, along with the ACPO Tracker Team, CIU, RIU3-CIT Angeles, and the 302nd Mobile Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, arrested a 34-year-old man from Barangay Balibago. He was listed as Rank 6 at both the provincial and municipal levels for Statutory Rape, with no bail recommended.
Meanwhile, at about 5:00 p.m., operatives of the City Intelligence Unit, supported by Police Stations 4 and 6, the ACPO Tracker Team, and RIU3-CIT Angeles, arrested a 62-year-old man from Barangay Malabanias. He was classified as Provincial Level Rank 4 and Municipal Level Rank 1 Most Wanted Person for two counts of rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, with no bail recommended.
All arrested individuals were informed of the nature of their arrest and their constitutional rights before being brought to their respective police stations for documentation and proper disposition prior to turnover to the courts of origin.
PCOL Villarosa Jr. commended the operating units for their dedication and coordination, reiterating that the ACPO remains committed to relentlessly pursuing wanted persons and ensuring public safety and justice in Angeles City.
