The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) successfully held the closing ceremony of its two-day Spiritual Transformation Seminar on January 15, 2026 at the Angeles City Library, marking the culmination of the program conducted in seven batches in coordination with the Christ Commissioned Fellowship (CCF), led by Atty. Bro. Chris Lawrence S. Isidro.

The activity highlighted the importance of spiritual growth, moral values, and ethical leadership in police service. It was attended by PCOL Rommel S. Batangan, DRDA; Mr. Rafael Angeles, Executive Assistant IV from the Office of the City Mayor; Undersecretary Ma. O. R. Aplasca, Core Advocate of My Brother’s Keeper; PCOL Elmar B. Sillador (Ret.), Convenor of My Brother’s Keeper; members of the CCF; other Philippine National Police officers; and ACPO personnel.
In his message, the City Director of ACPO emphasized that spiritual formation plays a vital role in strengthening the character, discipline, and integrity of police officers, enabling them to serve the community with compassion, professionalism, and accountability.
The Spiritual Transformation Program aimed to instill in ACPO personnel a deeper sense of purpose and strong moral foundation, recognizing that effective law enforcement is anchored not only on skills and authority, but also on faith, values, and genuine service to others.
ACPO expressed its sincere gratitude to the Christ Commissioned Fellowship and all partner stakeholders for their support and contributions to the success of the program, reiterating its commitment to values-based policing and to serving the people of Angeles City with honor, integrity, and dedication.
The program also featured a participant’s testimony and an inspirational message from the Overseer of CCF and Core Advocate of My Brother’s Keeper, reinforcing the importance of spiritual renewal, moral leadership, and values-based policing.
Through this initiative, ACPO reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing not only the physical and mental readiness of its personnel, but also their spiritual well-being—recognizing faith, integrity, and compassion as essential foundations of effective public service.
