The aid given by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, and Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda brought hope for Kabalen affected by the flooding in Pampanga.
Together with Special Assistant to the Governor and PDRRM Chief Angelina Blanco, Acting PSWDO Fe Manarang, personnel from PDRRMO and PSWDO, Governor Delta distributed early today, 25 July, foodpacks for 9,095 families affected by flooding in coastal barangays Macabebe (5,615) and Sasmuan (3,480).
