As part of efforts to further enhance public safety and police visibility, the Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, held a coordination meeting with representatives of Systems Plus College Foundation and the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) on the proposed establishment of an additional police substation near the Abacan area.
The meeting, attended by Ms. Happie Bustamante of Systems Plus College Foundation and ACPO officials, discussed plans to install a two-storey container van compact police outpost. The proposed substation will be strategically located in front of the Criminology Building of Systems Plus College Foundation, aimed at improving police presence and enabling faster response to incidents in the area.

ACPO City Director PCOL Joselito E. Villarosa Jr. thanked Systems Plus College Foundation for accommodating the proposal and for its continued support of peace and order initiatives. He underscored the importance of partnerships with academic institutions in promoting community safety.
The proposed substation is part of the city government’s broader initiatives to strengthen peace, order, and security, in line with Mayor Lazatin’s commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all Angeleños.
