The Angeles City government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin Jr., expanded its roving reach-out operations to four barangays — San Jose, Sto. Rosario, Sto. Domingo, and Pulung Maragul — on August 11, 2025.

In Sto. Rosario, an adult female was issued a warning and oriented on the city’s anti-mendicancy ordinance. In Sto. Domingo, a male minor was rescued and referred to the Kanlungan ng Kabataan Reformation Center for care and intervention.

According to the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), the initiative aims to protect vulnerable residents, provide guidance and services, and ensure compliance with city ordinances across Angeles City.
