Angeles City officially opened Fiestang Kuliat 2025 with the traditional Feast of the Guardian Angel at the Pisamban Maragul (Holy Rosary Parish) on October 2, blending faith, culture, and community in a solemn yet festive start.
The day began with a Thanksgiving Mass and procession, drawing parishioners, students, balikbayans, and visitors from across the region. The Guardian Angel—venerated as a protector and guide—remains central to the celebration, symbolizing the Angeleños’ gratitude, resilience, and unity.

Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II highlighted the significance of the festival: “Fiestang Kuliat brings vitality not only to our tourism but also to our local economy, supports small businesses, and showcases our rich heritage. More importantly, it reinforces the bonds that make Angeles City a warm and welcoming home for families.”
Fiestang Kuliat, which runs throughout October, features religious rites, cultural parades, culinary showcases, and nightly entertainment, preserving centuries-old Kapampangan Catholic traditions while embracing modern artistic expressions.
The Angeles City Tourism Office (ACTO), through the City Information Office, has released the full calendar of activities and invites Angeleños and guests to take part in this month-long festival of faith, culture, and shared joy.
