Singer-host Donita Rose, Felson Palad, and Dr. Sheryl Palad visited the office of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II to present plans for the Valentine Concert for a Cause titled “A Melody of Love, A Gift of Life,” set on February 14 at Best Western Metro Clark.

Donita Rose, a proud Angeleña, said the event is her way of giving back to her hometown through music and meaningful advocacy. Together with her husband and their band, she is inviting fellow Angeleños to celebrate Valentine’s Day with purpose, combining entertainment with service to the community.

The day-long activity will feature a blood donation drive in the morning, a wellness forum in the afternoon, and a concert in the evening, blending love, music, and compassion into one cause-driven celebration.

Mayor Lazatin commended the initiative and encouraged the public to take part, noting that the event reflects the true spirit of Valentine’s Day—love expressed through action and concern for others.
