A fun catch-up over Taiwanese treats at Ersao

There’s something undeniably special about catching up with old friends, especially when done over a delicious meal that sparks good conversation. This is how our recent lunch at Ersao Taiwanese Restaurant went, with dear friends Titus and Annie Del Rosario.

It has been a while since the three of us sat down together. And definitely, time slip by unnoticed.

The warm ambiance of Ersao created the perfect setting amid the gloomy yet warm day.

Taiwanese cuisine has a way of bringing people together, not just with its rich flavors but with its comforting, hearty offerings. We started with the Pork Kuchai Dumplings (soy bathe style), plump and tender, with a burst of flavor that was the perfect start to our feast.

Annie had the Spicy Squid Bendong, while Señor Titus and I had Shrimp Wanton Noodles.

Because my Miguel couldn’t join us, I sharon-ed Signature Spicy Beef Noodles for him.  And the Del Rosario couple gifted me with Dumpling Vinegar Sauce and Sweet Garlic Sauce from Ersao.

Lunch at Ersao wasn’t just about the food—it was about the joy of catching up, sharing stories of the ‘Marites’ nature and not-so.

Whether it’s for catch-up, unplanned meal or a scheduled one with family and friends, Ersao Taiwanese Restaurant is definitely worth recommending. Fulfill your Taiwanese food cravings with treats that are reasonably priced in a simple, cozy setting.
