Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) hosted delegates from Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) for a benchmarking activity aimed at strengthening institutional systems and administrative excellence.

The BASC delegation, led by Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Ronald Reagan Alonzo, met with PSAU officials and unit heads to exchange insights and learn from the university’s established best practices.

Discussions focused on key administrative areas including Budget and Accounting Services, Cashiering, Supply and Procurement, Auxiliary Services and income-generating projects, Human Resource Management with emphasis on PRIME-HRM, and the implementation of Freedom of Information (FOI).

The visit highlighted both institutions’ commitment to transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in state higher education administration.
