The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) turned over 50 sacks of rice to Mabalacat City on Friday to aid residents of Dau, Tabun, and Dolores affected by recent flooding brought by the southwest monsoon and Typhoon Emong.
Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino expressed his gratitude to BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua Bingcang for the donation, noting that the assistance reflects the strong partnership between the city government and national agencies in responding to community needs.
