The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has issued an official statement reaffirming the Supreme Court’s final ruling on October 22, 2024, which upheld the February 11, 2015, Arbitral Award that rescinded the Lease Agreement between BCDA and Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJHDevCo).

BCDA emphasizes that any allegations against it lack merit, as the Supreme Court has resolved all related issues with finality. As a government agency, BCDA fully complies with the decisions of the highest court.

This statement aims to clarify the resolution of the Camp John Hay recovery process and refute any attempts to undermine the government’s actions.
