Dominion Holdings, Inc. (DHI), formerly known as BDO Leasing and Finance, Inc., has recorded a net income of ₱202 million for 2024, a decline from the ₱277 million posted in 2023.
The decrease in income is attributed to a reduction in available funds for investment, following the declaration of ₱3.2 billion in cash dividends in May 2024. This dividend payment also led to a decrease in the company’s total assets and stockholders’ equity, which fell to ₱3.3 billion from ₱6.4 billion in 2023.
A subsidiary of BDO, Dominion Holdings primarily focuses on holding and owning real estate properties, securities, and shares of other companies, as well as engaging in investment and business activities related to these assets.
As part of the BDO Group, Dominion Holdings aims to invest in value-generating businesses that promote sustainability, foster economic growth, and improve the lives of Filipinos.
