Bureau of Customs Port of Clark District Collector Jairus S. Reyes met with BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang and executives from the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) to discuss preparations for the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, happening in February 2026.
The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth facilitation of imported materials and equipment needed for the event, which is among Clark’s top tourism highlights and is expected to draw both local and international visitors to Pampanga.



The Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark pledged its full support for the festival, emphasizing its role in efficient processing of importations and its continued commitment to promoting tourism and economic growth in the region.
This initiative follows the directive of Customs Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno to strengthen partnerships with key industry stakeholders and government institutions—aligning with BOC’s mission to foster a responsive, service-oriented customs administration that drives national and regional progress.
