Mabalacat City Tourism Officer Arwin Paul Lingat receives a copy of Down Memory Lane, a book written by the late Dr. Inez Cuyugan Quizon-David. A memoir of the life and times of the former UCLA-schooled educator, the book also narrates her family’s service to Don Honorio Ventura and his friendship with Senators Manuel Roxas and Sergio Osmeña.

Presenting his personal copy of the book is Eduard David, son of Quizon-David who also served as teacher, principal in some schools in Pampanga and as regional superintendent of then Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. The copy is now kept at Tabnuan Cultural Center of Mabalacat City.
