Barangay Balibago is intensifying its campaign under the “War on Waste” program with the passage of two resolutions during its 43rd Regular Session on August 26, 2025.

The first, Barangay Ordinance No. 323-S2025, mandates the strict enforcement of the city’s “No Segregation, No Collection” policy, along with the newly prescribed schedule of solid waste collection. Non-compliance will incur penalties in line with City Ordinance No. 431.

The second, Barangay Resolution No. 324-S2025, directs the Balibago Management Committee (MANCOM), Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATS/BATS), and Task Force Kalinisan to widely disseminate the collection schedule through flyers, public announcements, and social media platforms across the barangay.

These measures aim to ensure discipline in waste management and strengthen compliance among residents.
