Barangay Cutcut’s Brittney Marie P. Baldwin is the Grand Winner in the just-concluded Reyna De Las Flores 2024, the Queen of Flowers competition staged by the Angeles City Local Government.
First Runner-UP is Glennice Jean Turla of Barangay Ninoy Aquino, while Second Runner-Up is Aleyna Palo of Barangay Pulung Cacutud.
Thirty-one (31) young Angeleñas representing their respective barangays participated in this year’s Reyna De Las Flores, Angeles City’s Queen of Flowers competition.
The award for Best Arch was snatched by Barangay Anunas. Meanwhile, Barangay Cuayan and Barangay Virgen Delos Remedios bagged 1st and 2nd Runner-Up, respectively.

Other winners are Barangay Margot for Early Bird for Arch, Barangay Cutud for Early Bird for Sagala. Mayor Pogi’s Choice, who took home P50,000 cash prize, is Barangay Malabanias, while Best Filipiniana Gown winner is Glennice Jean Turla.
Staged for the 2nd time this year, Reyna De Las Flores was launched by Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. with the primary aim of finding an avenue for Angeleños to showcase their expertise in designing garments, and to promote the teeming flower industry.
In his message, Department of Tourism Region 3 Director Richard Daenos said Angeles City is unstoppable as far as producing beauties is concerned. He congratulated Mayor Lazatin and his team for successfully staging events like Reyna De Las Flores, which highlights the participation of a community. Dr. Daenos also reaffirmed his support to the programs and events of Angeles City.
“I would like to congratulate Mayor Lazatin and the Angeles City Local Government for staying put with our heritage. E taya pu kakalingwan ing kekatamung pamanang lahi, pota pung ini mewala ya kekatamu, we will lost our identity as a people. This is the only thing that we can give to the community and the next generation to come,” Daenos stated.
The Reyna De Las Flores 2024 judges are Magalang Tourism Officer Ryan Miranda, Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) Chief Strategic Communications and Events Officer Oji Sanchez, CIAC Compliance Officer of the AVP for Legal Services Riza Lozano, JDN Realty Marketing Head Chito Gomez, and Fashion Designer Rosette Biag.
