The Bureau of Immigration (BI) trained a total of 50 employees of Clark Development Corporation (CDC) on basic profiling and document examination. The training centered on enhancing employees’ abilities to recognize hazards, detect fraudulent documents, and conduct thorough applicant interviews.
CDC President and Chief Executive Officer Agnes Devanadera lauded BI for their invaluable assistance in aligning the state firm’s processes with their rules and regulations.
“We believe that this collaboration will enable CDC frontline employees to contribute to strengthening the security and integrity of the visa application process,” she added.
BI Deputy Spokesperson Melvin Mabulac, Document and Fingerprint Examiner Edward Neil Armstrong Nathaniel Fereira II, and Anti-Fraud Section Chief Marivic Regencia Beltrano served as resource persons.
