Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab, and Guagua Mayor Anthony Joseph Torres led the distribution of cash incentives to some 1,555 scholars today, April 3 at the Guagua National Colleges (GNC) Gymnasium.

Each scholar received a check for four thousand pesos (P4,000) from the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP).

The scholars expressed their gratitude to the Provincial government for prioritizing the education of the Kapampangan youth.

Also present during the distribution were Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Sajid Eusoof and at SK Federation President John Carlo Cruz.
