Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) has secured over ₱1.19 billion in new investments from January to July 2025, more than doubling its investment inflows from the same period last year.
CIAC President Jojit Alcazar attributed the surge to the agency’s rebranding as a premier aviation-centered development authority, shifting from a traditional airport operator to a key player in infrastructure development under the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
“These new investments support job generation, enhance investor confidence, and position Clark as a hub for aviation, logistics, commerce, and manufacturing,” Alcazar said.
He emphasized that this aligns with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to attract high-value investments to spur economic growth and create jobs.
Major Investment Highlights:
- Stellavia Development Corporation (₱600M) – For the expansion of its The Glory Hotel and Residences into a mixed-use recreational complex.
- Global Square Plaza Phils. Corp. (₱400M) – For a multi-use facility including a storage warehouse, drone training school, and recreational spaces, expected to generate 100+ jobs in its first year.
- All Fashion Gloves, Inc. (₱18.27M) – For new manufacturing facilities to boost exports of premium leather goods.
- UET International Corp. & UET Box Manufacturing Corp. (₱169.7M) – For expanded production of knitwear and custom boxes.
- Skytrack Aviation Services (₱5M) – For office establishment and operations in Clark.
Alcazar said these investments are expected to generate over 700 new jobs, excluding additional employment from contractors, support industries, and service providers.
“Clark Aviation Capital continues to attract both local and foreign investors because of its strategic location and development-ready environment,” Alcazar added.
Clark Aviation Capital, managed by CIAC, encompasses Clark International Airport, the Clark Global City business hub, and over 60 locators across key sectors including aviation, logistics, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing.
