Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II has ordered the suspension of classes in all levels and work in government offices on Friday, 24 October 2025 through Executive Order No. 038, s. 2025, in preparation for the annual Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan (TTKD) celebration.

The suspension aims to ensure public safety, ease traffic congestion, and promote general welfare during the city’s grand street festival.

However, essential personnel, including responders and emergency service workers, are expected to report for duty.
