Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. met separately with officials from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) on August 11, 2025 at the House of Representatives to tackle programs and projects for his district.

In a meeting with TESDA Provincial Director Eric Ueda, along with personnel Ellen Rivera and Maria Edita Hernandez, Lazatin discussed potential skills training programs aimed at providing livelihood opportunities and enhancing workforce readiness in the First District of Pampanga.

Later, Lazatin sat down with NEDA Region 3 Manager for Engineering & Operations Division Engr. Christian Manalo and Pampanga-Bataan Manager Engr. Ruben Llamas to identify and prioritize development projects that will benefit his constituents.

The discussions form part of Lazatin’s continuing efforts to advance job generation, infrastructure improvement, and inclusive growth in the First District.
