Clark International Airport (CRK) is strengthening its connectivity with Metro Manila through the launch of a new direct bus service linking the airport to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
The new route, operated by Genesis Transport Service Inc., offers daily trips between PITX and Clark International Airport, passing through NAIA Terminal 3 and SM City Clark. The service provides a more convenient and seamless land travel option for passengers flying in and out of CRK.
The initiative comes as Clark International Airport continues to expand its domestic and international network, with passenger traffic projected to grow by 15 percent compared to last year. It also coincides with the transfer of turboprop operations to Clark, further boosting activity at the airport.
“This new service is a testament to our commitment to accessibility, convenience, and seamless travel for our passengers,” said Noel Manankil, President and CEO of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), the operator of CRK. “By bridging the distance between Southern Metro Manila and Clark, Genesis Transport is helping bring the airport closer to the people, ensuring that every journey begins and ends with ease and comfort.”
Manankil added that the initiative supports the vision of positioning Clark not only as a major aviation hub but also as a center for innovation, collaboration, and progress.
The route will operate eight daily trips from PITX to Clark and another eight trips in the opposite direction. Four hybrid buses will be deployed for the service, promoting more environmentally responsible travel while enhancing passenger mobility between Metro Manila and Central Luzon.
Officials noted that the route is scalable, allowing additional trips to be added as demand increases.
