Camp John Hay has introduced new DC electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs through a partnership between the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), its subsidiary John Hay Management Corporation, and ACMobility of the Ayala Group. The project marks a significant step in promoting clean, efficient, and sustainable transportation within the estate.
The charging stations are now operational at three key locations: the John Hay Hotels Garden Wing, the John Hay Public Parking Area along Ordonio Drive, and the John Hay Golf.
“By introducing reliable and accessible EV infrastructure in a strategic destination like Camp John Hay, we are creating not only greener and more convenient travel experiences for residents and tourists, but also supporting ACMobility’s mission to provide accessible and dependable EV charging nationwide,” said BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang.
