Clark International Airport (CRK) honored its top-performing airline partners, government agencies, and key stakeholders during the annual We Are CRK Awards Night at the Quest Plus Conference Center.

Hosted by Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corp, now in its second year, the event celebrated the collaborative efforts that drive CRK’s operational excellence and enhance the passenger experience.

Cebu Pacific was named 2025 Partner Airline of the Year for its remarkable growth, expanded connectivity, and strategic contributions to CRK’s network. Philippine Airlines received the 2025 Best On-Time Performance Airline Award for consistent operational reliability, while Asiana Airlines earned the 2025 Legacy Partner Airline Award for its long-standing support and partnership.

Other airline awardees included Scoot (Most Innovative Airline), Starlux Airlines (Fastest Growing Airline), and HK Express and Nauru Airlines (Emerging Airlines). Emirates and Qatar Airways jointly received the Gateway to Europe Airline Award, and EVA Air was named Gateway to North America Airline. Jeju Air earned recognition as Leisure Lifestyle Airline, Sunlight Air as Engagement Excellence Awardee, and Philippines AirAsia as Strategic Relaunch Partner.

The highlight of the evening was the 2025 Wall of Fame Award, honoring individuals, teams, and institutions that exceeded expectations in delivering efficient and customer-focused service. This year’s honorees included Plaza Premium Lounge (also recognized for store design excellence), the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), the Philippine National Police – Aviation Security EOD and Canine Unit 3 (AVSECU 3), the CRK Customer Experience (CX) Team, and the Baggage Handling System (BHS) Team.

Individual awardees included Ms. Corazon Rapa (Bureau of Customs), Ms. Maan Krista Lapid-Legaspi (Bureau of Immigration), Mr. Alireza Hassani (Qatar Airways), and Ms. Aira Perreras (Engineering and Maintenance Department).

Government partners were also recognized, with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Clark Development Corporation, Department of Transportation, and Department of Tourism jointly receiving the 2025 Government Partner of the Year Award. Additional stakeholders acknowledged were Digichive Philippines Corporation, Fashion Rack Designer Outlet, Inc. (Beauty To Go), Barnie Foods (Tom N Toms), Clark Travel Retail Corporation, Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc., UPS International, Inc., and Federal Express Philippines, LLC – Philippine Branch.

The We Are CRK Awards are part of LIPAD’s Excellence and Partnership Awards program, anchored on CRK’s Minimum Performance Specifications and Standards (MPSS), which serve as benchmarks for service quality, operational efficiency, and passenger satisfaction.
