Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier, is set to launch direct flights between Manila and Riyadh beginning March 1, 2026—providing Filipino migrant workers and their families with more convenient and affordable travel options to Saudi Arabia. The new long-haul service will operate four times weekly, with Manila–Riyadh flights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and Riyadh–Manila flights every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao said the new route is part of the airline’s commitment to supporting OFWs in the Middle East. “Launching our Manila–Riyadh service is one way we honor their hard work, making it easier and more affordable for them to fly home,” he said. With CEB’s direct service, passengers can also enjoy savings of up to 57% on roundtrip fares compared to other travel options.
To mark the route launch, Cebu Pacific is offering a special seat sale from December 9 to 13, with fares as low as PHP 1 one-way base fare for travel from March 1 to October 28, 2026. Discounts on Fare Bundles—including seats, meals, and baggage—will also be available from December 9 to 31. Riyadh becomes CEB’s fourth long-haul destination, joining Dubai, Sydney, and Melbourne, further expanding its 37 domestic and 27 international routes. Passengers may book flights and manage add-ons through cebupacificair.com using Travel Funds, cards, or e-wallets.
