The Board of Trustees of the City College of Angeles (CCA), through its Search Committee, has opened the application process for the position of College President.
The position is classified under City Government Department Head II (SG 26-1) and will be based at the City College of Angeles in Angeles City.
Qualified applicants must be Filipino citizens aged 35 to 61 years old and must hold an earned doctorate degree from a CHED-recognized institution or an accredited foreign university. Candidates must also have at least five years of experience as a higher education administrator or high-level management executive in the public or private sector. Applicants must also have no conviction involving moral turpitude and no record of administrative offenses or dismissal from service for cause.
Interested applicants are required to submit a complete set of documents, including an application letter, curriculum vitae, academic and employment records, clearances, medical and examination results, and a proposed vision, mission, and development agenda for the college.
Applications must be submitted personally or via courier, properly sealed and addressed to Dr. Anita G. David, Chairperson of the Search Committee for President of the City College of Angeles.
The deadline for submission of complete application requirements is 5:00 PM on February 20, 2026. Applications received beyond the deadline or with incomplete documents will not be accepted.
