Clark International Airport among World’s Best at Arrivals

Clark International Airport (CRK) has been named one of only six airports worldwide to receive the Best Airports at Arrivals Globally award at the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards organized by Airports Council International World.

The prestigious recognition places Clark on the global stage for delivering an exceptional arrival experience to passengers.

“To be named among the world’s Best Airports at Arrivals is a proud moment for Clark International Airport and for the Philippines,” said Noel Manankil, President and CEO of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), the manager and operator of CRK. “This recognition reflects the hard work of our team and partners who ensure that every passenger is welcomed with efficiency, comfort, and genuine Filipino hospitality.”

Manankil emphasized that as global passenger traffic continues to grow, Clark remains committed to providing a consistently positive arrival experience for visitors to the country.

The ASQ program is the world’s only real-time global benchmarking initiative measuring airport passenger satisfaction. In 2025 alone, nearly 707,000 passengers worldwide were surveyed across all operating hours using scientifically designed sampling methods.

Results showed that travelers increasingly value clean, welcoming environments and smooth, human-centered interactions — with Border and Passport Control registering the highest satisfaction gains. Despite rising global passenger volumes, satisfaction levels continued to improve, underscoring airports’ efforts to elevate service standards amid operational pressures.

ACI World Director General Justin Erbacci lauded the awardees, noting that airports worldwide continue to raise the bar in passenger experience even as global traffic is projected to reach 9.8 billion passengers in 2025 and 10.2 billion in 2026.

The 2025 ASQ Customer Experience Awards Ceremony will be held during the ACI World Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul, Türkiye, from August 31 to September 4, 2026, where 100 airports worldwide will be recognized across various categories.

For Clark International Airport, the accolade marks not just a milestone — but a celebration of world-class service proudly delivered in the heart of Central Luzon.
