Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. joined DPWH District Engineer Arnold Ocampo on October 15, 2025, to inspect the structural integrity of buildings and facilities at Sta. Ines Integrated School in Mabalacat City.
The inspection is part of a district-wide assessment requested by Cong. Lazatin to ensure the safety and soundness of school structures in the First District of Pampanga.
Also present were Sta. Ines Barangay Captain Noel Sicat, Political Affairs Assistant I Michael Lising, and DPWH staff.
