Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. personally visited the San Joaquin Child Development Center in Mabalacat City on July 29, 2025, to distribute school supplies to young learners.

The congressman spent time with the Day Care students, handing out bags, notebooks, and other essentials to help them start the school year ready and excited to learn.

Also joining the visit was San Joaquin Barangay Captain Davidson David, who welcomed Lazatin and expressed gratitude for the continued support to the community’s early learners.
