Cong Pogi launches Mobile Clinic

Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. rolled out his Mobile Clinic Program on July 24, 2025, during relief operations for evacuees in Barangay Tabun.

Through the Mobile Clinic, Lazatin personally extended medical assistance to 40 displaced families currently sheltered at the Barangay Tabun Covered Court. The initiative aims to bring essential health services closer to far-flung communities across the First District.

Aside from free medicines, the Mobile Clinic is equipped with a Medical Technologist providing basic blood tests on-site.

The launch coincided with the continued distribution of relief packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), along with the serving of hot sopas through Lazatin’s Mobile Kitchen Program, in partnership with the Red Pillars Foundation.

“Dakal pung dakal a salamat keng biyaya na tinggap mi pu ngeni. Dakal a salamat keng pamamunta yu kekami. Lalu na pu keng mapagsakripisyu na minta keni. Mabuhay po,” said evacuee Jonalyn Lunda in gratitude.

A day prior, on July 23, Lazatin also distributed relief goods to 29 evacuees in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City, composed of 7 adults and 21 minors, who are temporarily housed at the barangay function hall.

Joining the Mabalacat distribution were Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, Barangay Captain Danilo De Leon, Mabalacat City SWD Officer Josie Tanglao, Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, and Political Affairs Officers Mina Cabiles and Irish Llego, together with Lazatin’s district office staff.
