Leading fiber broadband and technology provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. (PSE: CNVRG) continued its strong performance in the first nine months of 2025, reporting a 10.1% year-on-year revenue growth to ₱33 billion, and an 8.4% increase in net income to ₱8.9 billion, driven by sustained expansion across its residential and enterprise segments.





Residential revenues climbed 9.1% to ₱27.7 billion, with nearly 370,000 new fiber subscribers, bringing Converge’s total base to 2.93 million as of end-September. Meanwhile, enterprise revenues surged 16.2% to ₱5.2 billion, supported by strong double-digit growth from the SME and wholesale sectors.
“Our techco transition has accelerated infrastructure enhancements and the delivery of advanced digital solutions. As we move into 2026, we’ll continue expanding our digital and value-added service portfolio for both residential and enterprise customers,” said Converge CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy.**
Uy noted that the company’s flagship FiberX service continues steady growth, while Surf2Sawa, its prepaid fiber product, has surpassed 500,000 subscribers.
Converge also posted a 10.6% growth in EBITDA to ₱20.2 billion, maintaining a 61.2% EBITDA margin and an 18.2% ROIC, among the best in the industry.






The company has further strengthened its technology leadership with initiatives such as:
- Hosting the 51st Philippine Business Expo and Conference, fostering discussions on digital transformation;
- Adding original Filipino content to its Xperience Hub through a partnership with Viva Communications Inc.;
- Supporting the Bifrost Cable System landing in Davao, enhancing trans-Pacific connectivity; and
- Launching the Cyber Resiliency Bundle, a secure software-defined WAN solution for businesses.
Capping off its successful year, Converge received the Five Golden Arrow award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) for exemplary corporate governance — a jump from its previous Three-Arrow rating.
