The Department of Transportation (DOTr), led by Assistant Secretary for Right of Way and Site Acquisition Irish “IC” Calaguas, met with Manila City officials to discuss the clearing of Old Antipolo Road for the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Project from Clark to Calamba.

Joining Calaguas were project managers Ralph Gonzales and Joseph Ferrer, along with Manila City Administrator Atty. Wardee Quinto, City Planning and Development Officer Mark De Leon, and other city officials.

DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon expressed gratitude to Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso for his support, as President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered the fast-tracking of NSCR’s construction to benefit daily commuters.
