Department of Transportation (DOTr) Assistant Secretary for Right of Way and Site Acquisition IC Calaguas led an inspection of the Old Antipolo Road in preparation for clearing operations to make way for the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Project from Clark to Calamba.

Calaguas was joined by members of the DOTr Project Management team led by Ralph Gonzales, along with officials from the Manila City Government.

The inspection supports President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to speed up the construction of the NSCR, under the leadership of DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon, to improve daily transport for commuters.
