Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Assistant Secretary Rommel K. Tello formally turned over the DPWH Region 3 flag and seal to incoming Regional Director Arnold R. Ocampo and Assistant Regional Director Ruby H. Canlas during a Monday ceremony at the DPWH Central Luzon Regional Office in Barangay Sindalan.

The event was attended by regional and district section heads, district engineers, and assistant district engineers from Pampanga, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, and Aurora.
