The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by franchisees Charise Kehyeng and Durwin Sy, Charise’s parents Gonzalo and Evelyn Kehyeng, Durwin’s parents Marvina and Jenny Sy and franchisors Joy and Charlene Hsieh.
