The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by franchisees Charise Kehyeng and Durwin Sy, Charise’s parents Gonzalo and Evelyn Kehyeng, Durwin’s parents Marvina and Jenny Sy and franchisors Joy and Charlene Hsieh.

Located in the heart of the city, Ersao is set on delighting food enthusiasts with its wide array of dishes, from its famous bubble teas and savory dumplings to classic Taiwanese-style chicken and seafood, capturing the essence of Taiwan’s culinary scene.

Angeles City food lovers can now savor authentic Taiwanese staples like Ersao’s signature beef noodle soup, crispy fried chicken, and unique tea blends, each crafted with high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
